You know from you own experience that it is good to warm up before a performance. If you’re a musician, you warm up your instrument by doing scales. If you’re a runner, you warm up your muscles by do stretches. When bowling, you take a couple of “practice balls.” When playing golf or tennis, you take some practice swings. Read more
Tip 10: Stress (Appropriate)

As it turns out, stress can be good or bad for you. The trick is to find the right level of stress. If you’re running away from a fire, stress is a good thing. Without it, you wouldn’t run. So high amounts of stress can be okay when doing some things. Read more
